  • Industry insights and profession-specific guidance
  • Career transitions, upskilling, and professional growth
  • Networking, personal branding, and portfolio development
  • Business, freelancing, leadership, and professional development

Session formats

Three ways to participate:

One-on-one sessions

A private conversation between an expert and one participant. Best for personal career questions, document feedback, decision-making, or focused coaching.

Group sessions

A guided learning session for several participants around one clear topic. Best for workshops, career talks, Q&A sessions, panels, and practical demonstrations.

Learning replays

Selected sessions may be edited into replay lessons, webinars, short courses, or audio discussions when they offer broadly useful educational value. Personal information and private participant details are removed or protected before any reuse.

For experts and facilitators

ExpertCareerGuide.com welcomes qualified educators, professionals, practitioners, and career specialists who can provide practical, responsible, and learner-centered guidance.

What experts should provide

  • A clear session title and topic
  • A short description of the learner problem the session will address
  • Intended audience and recommended experience level
  • Session format: one-on-one, group workshop, Q&A, panel, webinar, or other format
  • Expected duration and availability
  • A brief professional biography, relevant expertise, credentials, and experience
  • Any materials participants should prepare or bring
  • Slides, worksheets, templates, case examples, or other learning materials, where useful
  • A practical takeaway: framework, checklist, action step, or resource list

What experts should have on hand

  • A reliable internet connection, camera, microphone, and quiet professional setting
  • Permission to use all slides, images, templates, examples, and media shared during the session
  • A readiness to avoid sharing confidential employer, client, student, or personal information
  • Clear boundaries about what the session can and cannot provide
  • Consent to the platform’s recording, moderation, privacy, and content-use requirements when applicable

Experts should focus on realistic guidance based on experience and current practice. Sessions should not make guarantees about employment, salary, admission, promotion, business results, or other outcomes.

Recording and content use

As we launch the Sessions service of ExpertCareerGuide.com, one-on-one and group sessions may be recorded to support participant protection, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and the continuous improvement of our services.

Selected sessions may also be considered for replay or educational repurposing when they address a clear and recurring career question and provide practical, accurate, and transferable guidance for a wider audience. Possible formats may include curated replays, learning modules, webinars, podcasts, or other educational resources.

ExpertCareerGuide.com will evaluate potential content in consultation with the relevant expert or contributor, participants, and other appropriate stakeholders. This review helps us confirm that the information is relevant, accurate, responsibly presented, and suitable for the intended audience.

No session will be publicly published or commercially repurposed without the applicable consent and permissions of the relevant participants and contributors. Personal, confidential, or identifying information will be removed, anonymized, or protected where appropriate.

Recordings will be accessed only for approved purposes and handled according to the platform’s privacy notice, retention policy, and applicable data protection requirements. Under Philippine privacy guidance, consent should be freely given, specific, informed, and documented, while a privacy notice should explain the relevant processing activity.
