Campus Partner Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the ExpertCareerGuide.com Campus Partner Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
The program is open to student organizations, fraternities and sororities, clubs, alumni chapters, and individuals.
Organizations. Each organization or chapter may have one active Campus Partner referral code.
Individuals. Individual applicants are accepted only where no organization or individual already holds an active Campus Partner code at their school.
ExpertCareerGuide.com reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion.
2. How the Program Works
Approved partners receive a unique referral code, used by buyers at checkout to credit the partner with the sale.
Sales are credited only when the referral code is correctly applied at checkout. ExpertCareerGuide cannot apply a code retroactively after a purchase is completed. Partners are responsible for ensuring their code is shared clearly and applied correctly by buyers.
3. Eligible Products and Commission
Commission is earned on sales of eligible digital resources made using the partner’s referral code. Most e-books are eligible; a current list of eligible titles will be provided to approved partners and may be updated from time to time.
Commission rate: This will be stipulated in the agreement signed by the organization’s representative or individual.

Payouts are made monthly for sales completed in the previous month.
Minimum payout: ₱1,500.00
Payout method: Bank transfer, GCash, PayPal, or preferred payout method stipulated in the campus partner agreement.
Payout recipient: Commissions are paid to the organization’s designated representative, as indicated on the campus partner agreement.
Currency. Where content concerns job-market data, salary figures, or application processes, keep it reasonably current. ExpertCareerGuide.com may periodically ask contributors to review and update published material.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Self-referrals or fraudulent referral activity (for example, a partner purchasing through their own code to generate a commission)
- Misrepresenting the partner’s affiliation with ExpertCareerGuide.com
- Circumventing the referral system to redirect sales or payments outside the platform
- Sharing a referral code with another organization or individual not approved as a partner
7. Relationship of the Parties
Campus Partners are independent participants in the program, not employees, agents, or representatives of ExpertCareerGuide.com. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
8. Term and Termination
Participation continues until either party ends it. ExpertCareerGuide.com may suspend or terminate a partner’s participation at any time for violation of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or at its discretion. Partners may withdraw from the program at any time by notifying ExpertCareerGuide.com.
Commissions earned prior to termination, for legitimate sales made in accordance with these terms, will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.
9. Changes to the Program
ExpertCareerGuide.com may update these terms, the commission structure, eligible products, or payout details from time to time. Partners will be notified of material changes, and continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
