1. Program Overview

The Growth Partner Program (“Program”) allows approved individuals or organizations (“Partner”) to promote ExpertCareerGuide.com in exchange for commissions on qualifying referrals.

Enrollment in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To participate, a Partner must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain a valid payment method
  • Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations

ExpertCareerGuide.com reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

Partners will receive:

  • A unique referral link
  • Access to promotional materials (if provided)

Commissions are tracked via cookies and/or tracking software integrated into the platform.

ExpertCareerGuide.com is not responsible for lost tracking due to:

  • Ad blockers
  • Cookie deletion
  • Manual URL entries without referral codes

4. Commission Structure

  • Represent themselves as employees or official agents

All promotional materials must maintain professional standards.

7. Intellectual Property

Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use:

  • Logos
  • Brand name
  • Approved marketing materials

Any unauthorized modification of branding is prohibited.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

ExpertCareerGuide.com may immediately terminate participation for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Reputational harm
  • Inactivity (if applicable)

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to misconduct.

9. Modification of Terms

ExpertCareerGuide.com reserves the right to modify the Program terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

ExpertCareerGuide.com shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Technical interruptions
  • Tracking errors outside reasonable control

11. Independent Contractor Relationship

Participation in the Program does not create:

  • Employment
  • Partnership
  • Joint venture
  • Agency relationship

Partners act as independent contractors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
